Information Collection Process

Capital Hunter maintains a robust database with detailed information on tens of thousands of historic funding events that have occurred since 1995. Every day, Capital Hunter scours hundreds of information sources for news about new financings. We do this through many business news services, press releases, company contacts, and investor contacts. We supplement the information that we have obtained from news services with information that is available on the Web sites of funded companies and venture capital firms. We then compile, cross reference and proof the information we obtain against our database. We fact check any information that is in question by contacting a company representative or the investor directly. For publicly traded companies we also review SEC filings such as S1's, 10K's, or other filings that will provide Capital Hunter with more insight into company operations. Other third party sources may be used for information that cannot be found through the above mentioned methods. This process has ensured that our content is current and accurate.

Weekly Newsletters

Capital Hunter delivers weekly electronic newsletters with current, accurate and comprehensive information about recent financings to our customers' e-mailboxes. The weekly reports include highlights of financings across a full spectrum of industries, stages of development and geographies. The weekly newsletters are delivered to your desktop every Monday so that you can start your business week off right.

Weekly Downloads

Capital Hunter generates a weekly download / printer friendly report that subscribers can access and use to obtain details on each financing. Each report contains key man contact information, web address, business description, investor names, details on the financing, and more.

The Capital Hunter database has a long history and now with new management has undergone major technology enhancements.
